Adjustment of liability
ITC claimed in tran 1 has been disallowed and drc 07 issued. Can we settle the above tax along with penalty,interest @ 18 percent through credit ledger instead of cash?

Only tax can be paid through credit ledger. Interest and penalties have to be paid through cash ledger.
