CAN WE ADJUST INPUT (CGST&SGST ) AGAINST OUT PUT (IGST ) ITS POSSIBLE ??

yes, cgst and sgst (input credit) can be utilised for payment of IGST

July month to till date not yet filed GST my brother now he can file July to Dec incause possible means how can we can file pls advice to us
