why we cant adjust p&l bal(debit) against share capital if p&l fund belongs to shareholders

not all amount of p&l is for shareholders ! CRR is created out of p&l

profit and loss account is included in reserves and surplus if it is of credit balance not to share capital as per schedule 3 in ca inter .so,debit balance will also not adjusted to share capital it just deduct from reserves and suplus
