A pvt ltd company is having three directors.A board meeting could not be held for want of quorum. At the adjouned meeting after 7 days only one director appeared . Can he hold the meeting and decisions at such meeting will be valid?

No, one director cannot hold meeting. Quorum must be present at the adjourned meeting also.
what will be the way out to appoint the new director, if quorum of board meeting is not sufficient?
