ADI(4%) Focus Market Scheme/Cenvat Credit
Can any body reply if the Special Additional duty of Customs on Imports i.e., ADI(4%)is debited in Focus Market Authorisation Licence, the same can be availed and utilised as Cenvat Credit?

Dear Sir, I believe in DEPB it is allowed, so same should be the case of VKGUY or FOCUS, however there are different opinions on it and no clarification from Government, so better you play safe. regards,
