write to AC/DC with a copy to R/O, for such shifting of premises, they will issue you suitable guidelines and may supervise the shifting. a stock sheet should be compiled for physical movement of goods, including a) raw materials, b) finish goods c) stock in process
its not possible to execute online, as the goods transfer from previous unit to new place may get treated as "clearance for home consumption" if you don't get help of supervision of Range.

Another clarificaiton, whether am I to surrender the existing Registration Certificate or can I add the new location as additional one.

when the range is same, the registration will get amended after shifting of manufacturing premises, no need to surrender,
as surrender of old regn will make your credit and pla balance lapse,
