Is additional VAT applicable on purchase of Capital goods in Gujarat VAT.

as in uttar pradesh the state governement has imposed an additional tax @ 0.5% , & 1% on att the goods clarified under 4% and 12.5%. in similar way in some states has imposed such kind of additional tax. for corrrect reference u can see the website and clarification of gujrat governement.

Dear Gautam,
yes in guj it is 1 or 2.5%, but whether it is applicable on capita goods also.
