I am a GoVt employee and I have a NPS account.I am taking the benefit of Tax deduction of Rs 50000.But my question is how can I take tax benefit under the said sec of IT i.e another Rs50000.Should I open another NPS account or not.Please suggest me.

Are you going to file yourself income tax return? It is not good idea. Now days, everything became handy. It seems to very easy. If you make any mistakes. You have to face consequences.
This reply may be irritated you. But the true is never listen. Please consult with your Tax Accountant or Chartered Accountant.

Whether your 80C deduction is complete or you are taking exemption of only Rs.50000

Only if your limit of 1,50,000 under Sec 80C, 80CCD(1) exhausted then only you claim additional benefit of Rs.50000 in Sec 80CCD(1B)
