I want to claim 100% of the Additional duty of customs on capital goods while paying excise duty.
Could you pls anyone let me know whehther I can utilise fully while paying the same.

You can caim 100% of the additional duty of custom. The additional duty leviable u/s 3(5) can be taken 100% in the first year itself. [Rule 4(2a) of the central excise rule 2004].
