In Project can Additional Duty of Excise avail for Capital Cenvat purpose

Additional duty can be availed as per CENVAT CREDIT RULE.
Even Additional duty of custom, paid u/s.3(5) of custom act can be availed by all mafufacturer.
It is not available only to taxable service provider.
