if Director mentioned as First Director in AOA need to be regularised in first AGM of the Co?

no. by virtue of articles he a a regular director. Additional Director is a different concept

Hi Preeti
First Director are not required to be regularized as Director.Their Appointment from the very beginning is Director. Additional Director is completely separate from this issue.
