thanx a lot arpita for your prompt reply, i just want further clarification that if Articals authorise board to appoint director in casual vecancy can we assume it is indirectly authorising board to appoint additional director

MOREOVER, APP. OF FIRECTOR IN CASUAL VACANCY IS A DIFF. ISSUE ALTOGETHER & CANNOT B CLUBBED WITH APP. OF ADD. DIR.
