one of my client is registered under LLP ( Main business is sale of lassi and other food items ), they purchased new building in the FY 2021-22, for preparing food items.
* My dought is if they need to file any forms ( as per LLP act if change of address happened we have to file form 15 )
for adding new adress is their any form to file???
please give me suggestion

Are you shifting your registered office within State ?.
No sir not shifting, purcahsed new building, old building still exist

Section 13 of the LLP Act and rule 17 of the LLP rule may applicable , Form 3 also may applicable along with form 15 , I think you write E mail to MCA .
