We already have an authorized signatory on GST portal. In case if I want to add an new additional authorized signatory can I do so? will the existing authorized signatory be removed if I add this new one.

Yes you can there is a simple procedure to add a new authorized signatory and the existing authorized signatory not be removed, it reflect in the profile of assesee.
