addition in main object clause?

1) check whether reasons for alteration to objects clause is within provisions of section 17 (1)

2) Convene a board meeting to discuss the same

3) pass a special resolution at the shareholders meeting

4) intimate roc within one month of date of such resolution

5) incorporate necessary clause in MOA

Addition in the object clause of MOA amounts to alteration of object clause of MOA for which you need to fulfil the requirements specified in 17(1).
