Adding the legal heir against the deceased assessee

Sir. Today we have added the legal heir details successfully in the portal, but, there is note which says that approval may be done within a week time , hence on approval you can file the deceased person IT return. It is a tax audit case and the last date is 30-09-2022. In case, if approval does not happen before 30-09-2022, then what is the remedy available for me.
