My client s Pan is active according to income tax portal but is sholwing invalid when we file the tds returns

Check whether PAN and Aadhar are linked. If linked check whether his name and other details in TDS return is as per Pan.

The name in pan and tan is different
is that causing error issue

If PAN & Tan belongs to same person, names in both should match
