Can any explain the meaning of actionable claim with example,

Plz. Don't copy paste the definition.. From Google...

Actionable claim means if someone have rights to claims than he can claim it... Example is lottery ticket, if u purchase a lottery ticket than u will have right to claim if u have it after action completes and action is draw of winning... There fore if in draw(action) ur lottery ticket wins than u have right to claim it
