accuracy of TDS certificate...how critical

If a TDS certificate is issued in the name of ,say, "Pawan pandey", while the TDS return has been furnished mentioning his name as "Pawan kumar pandey".....however the PAN is same...will that result in disallowance of credit  to the Payee
