Accumulated Profits:-Profits earned by the entity is not distributed to the owners of the company (Share holders) and which is retained in the business for specific purpose or re-investment purpose and like wise every year it is retained, so it called accumulated profit.

The profits which is retained in the business and accumulated from starting to till date are called accumulated profits..
