hi i have one dout in tally
actuval cash sale :----20000 as a sale report (credit sale including in cash sale 5000)
credit sale 5000
we have received in cash only 15000
so pls tell me how to pass the entries in tally

after one week these amount given back to req no
so how to pass entries in tally
