Depends for what purpose the taxi is used. If it is for the pick and drop of students and amount is collected, the same has to be shown as separate head. If it is for the staff of the school. It has to be shown in Staff Welfare.If it is used for travel to visit to various authorities, it can be shown in travelling expenses.
