I had a friend who left CA almost 12 years back as he could not clear CA Final after 3 attempts. However he has completed his articleship and also cleared One group of CA Final along with exemption in one paper of Second Group . Can anyone clearly explain to me whether he can now acquire ATC Degree or not ? What's the procedure for it ?
