I have Accounting standard book of D S Rawat applicable for May 2016.
Can I use the same for Nov 2016 or I need to purchase the new book which is applicable for Nov 2016.

You can use the same book, but keep an eye on RTP as well, if at all any changes everything will be incorporated in it.

Is it enough if we do the AS from PM and RTP or do we need to prepare separetely from other authors book.
