Can someone pls tell which accounting standards have been revised and are important for Nov 2008 exams.Also the total number of accounting standards applicable.

Still revised AS is not in effect. I think for Nov 08 attempt no revision standards asked. But alway importants are Amalgmation, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Assets, Employee Benefits, Revenue Recognition, Lease, Impairment, Tax Accountin, Related Party, Segmential Report
