If we purchase Sand for Contractions Purpose without Bill, then how to account the purchase.
Same happens with purchase of 2nd hand motor, as we have not received the bill.

Pass the entry for purchase on the date the goods received. Amount will be the value paid. This will be for both the above cases.
Try to get the bill for record purposes. The fact that you don't have bill does not make the actual purchase invalid.
