Hi all, hope everyone is keeping well ..
I have been told this morning that I might be dragged in to the PROJECTS department .. honestly speaking, I have no clue whatsoever about project accounting or what are the processes involved or the terms used like RETENTIONS...etc.
Is there anyone on this forum who is/have working/worked in the project department and can give a crash course on the processess involved and the accounting involved. In depth details not required, just something for me to begin with
