THERE IS A PROVISION THAT IF SHARE ARE NOT FULLY PAID UP THEN CO. CAN NOT ISSUE BONUS SHARE BUT IF CO. WANTS TO CONVERT PARTLY PAID TO FULLY PAID THEN IT CAN ISSUE BONUS......
