please suggest as to which AS needs to be followed for payment of prepaid cards?i mainly want to know the actual entry that needs to be passed in the account books for advance payment and for prepaid cards?

there's no such AS for prepaid cards to be followed.

this prepaid card is being used for payment of school bus fuel charges.the amount will be alloted for each bus separately from the total available amount.

the school bus is being used for transporting students to and from the school to residence.note the school is CBSE affiliated and being run under a registered society.
