Please anyone tell me that whether the ventilators attached in factory sheds will be classifies as a part of building or tools equipments?
Sharing my understanding
If building under construction & ventilators like louvers, other types of such windows then capitalize in cost of building. If construction is completed then expenses in nature of repairs. If separate equipments like ventilator fans, exhaust fans its Equipments (that run on electricity.)
