Hi,

Ours is a partnership firm and we are in the process of converting the firm to private limited company with effect from 1st July 2012.

I want to know the practical issues in accounting on migration.

Please help in providing some links to website so that I can extract the details.

You will have to follow the Revised Schedule VI.
