I need a Clarrification on the entry of an organisation. Company incorportion fees at MCA is 350000/-(Prelimenary expenses),Organisation had incorporated as a private limited on 23 June 2014. their capital had received on 30 june 2014
one of the director had spend expenses for ROC fees on incorportation of the company on 16-June-2014
on Current date after filling of all minuits at MCA on 01-Dec-2014. Director claim the amount for Reimbursement
1)how to pay back the sum about ?
2)how does we shown the expenses
