As Tally software is Intangible assets . but Tally version upgradation charge will be treated as indirect expenses??

Dear member,
valid question Upgradation charges is Indirect expenses logic is should give revenue expesnes because its give short term maintenace and repairs and upgradation charges so that is indirect expesnes.I hope you u got it right now.
