our company employee meet accident, company given to compensate amount 700000,
is this applicable under TDs?.

No.... TDS not applicable for the Compensate amount. it's fully exempted in the hands of receiver. Tax (TDS) not applicable.

Employee met with accident ...can you specify where he met with , whether on duty, compensation given under which Act ?
