we are not able to access our inbox its bcoz Yahoo has been having problems since they have been upgrading their sites and doing maintenance. They are aware of all the problems we are having and say they are working on it. Its really helpful for those who are going to fill form thru online...as i ws nt able to register again on icai site,i had no option as i wsnt able to rmbr the password and username which icai mailed me sometime back in my inbox....:so i hacked some stuff legally:)
