Whenever I filed gstr 1 return message come your session expired and access dined what is error problem and what is best solution please reply soon I have so many return pending due to this error

you just make gstr1 thru offline tool and prepare JSON file and same day you upload return in JSON format

Dear Asif Shaikh.,
Are you filing GSTR 1 for the month of July or August...???
If July then wait and file some time later or check your details...
If August, You can't file August return for the month of August. Bcoz, August month return dates not yet finalize...

dear asif and raja,

i just want to inform you august month last date of gstr1 is 5th october and for july month gstr1 last date ki 10th october. so be sure retunr is fill on time because panelty is 18% if not submitted on time. and i dont think so date is extend.
if you not filled gstr1 then u not eligible to check gstr2 return for purchase checking.

You don't be see the August month GSTR 1 2 and 3 return dates in return dashboard. It's shown as of your said way. Bcoz, The date is not update in return dashboard in August...
Also you refer the August month return dates in GST portal Home page window's Right Side Bottom.....
The window clear your DOUBT...

Dear Sir i understand your point but on gst portal when you open august month resturn then you saw the date of gstr1 last date is 5th of october. govt is not confirm and not change a date of august month gstr1 but its true if we not file gstr1 for the month of july then we not eligible to filled gstr1 for the m/o aug. but my opinion is if our gstr1 is ready then why we wait till last date just submitt and feel relax. hope you agree with my opinion.

and i would like to inform you also sep. month last daye of GSTR1 is also 10th of october as per gst rule. because gst department give us relaxation only for two months. from tgird months process is same.

i already agree with your previous point sir
in that case i fully agree with you for date issue we just work according to gst rules we cant work as per our thinking
we just asuming the last date of all three months gstr1 is 10th of Oct 2017.
but fact is as per portal the last date is fix govt. always change at the time of last date. so if you want to wait then its your opinion but my opinion is same is return is ready then upload don't wait.

I understand your opinion. But, I'm not agreed the words of "System is Ready"!!!
Bcoz, When we complete previous month returns (GSTR 1 2 and 3) then only we get c/f

next months return to be ready for ITC, Amendments of previous mistakes and In case we can get any Credit / Debit note then give the Reference as (As Original Invoice Number) invoice numbers...
So,
In my view, we ll complete our July returns then only we can move to August returns. Otherwise no need options for August... The point is exactly adopted to "Late filing / without filling" people...
