whether loan taken by partnership firm is exempt?
whether it can be shown under DPT -3 , radio button 1 & 3.
As per rule 2(b)(ix) , loan from partnership firm is exempt if all partners are director of Pvt Ltd company...
kindly confirm... if yes?

exemption is only to deposits received from directors or relative of director. The exemption will not apply to Partnership Firm in which all the Partners are Directors of the Company or Member of the Company.
