can I pursue bcom(hons) CA and ACCA together?

It will not be possible to cover ACCA and CA together either you complete CA and then you go for ACCA. If you are really looking for pursuing ACCA then I will suggest you visit the Exemption calculator this will clear your Idea towards ACCA
It might be difficult to do that. My suggestion to you would be to do one by one. That increases the chance of better learning and results
