Due date for TDS returns filing is 15th of the month succeeding to the quarter.
Due date for sales tax returns is 20th of the following month.

Following are the due dates for filing the E-TDS Returns :-
1) Q1 - 15th July
2)Q2 - 15th October
3)Q3 - 15th January
4)Q4 - 15th May
Sales Tax Returns is to be filed on 21st day of the following month (ie. the Sales Tax Return for the month of Ma should be filed on or before 21st day of June.)
