Which SAC CODE will be applicable for AC BUS SERVICES from one city to another and gst rate & can I claim ITC on purchases?

The SAC code applicable for AC bus services from one city to another is SAC code 9966. The applicable GST rate for this service is 5%

But it's written that we cannot claim itc if we opt for 5% gst

Yes you can claim ITC subject to that you should charge 12percent , not an 5 percent. There is a option if you want to claim ITC then you should charge 12 otherwise you may charge 5 percent.
