FBT is the tax on Benefits provided by the Employer to its Employees or to his/her family for free or for nominal charges. like Club Facility, Medical reimburshment etc.

FBT is the tax imposed on expenditures incurred mainly for employees by employers which involves some element of personal nature of employees which may be certain or deemed. Such expenditures attract FBT.
