Abouthousing loan

My client three year before has taken a housing loan from a national bank and construction 1st floor, and claim interest and principle. In last year he has taken another loan on same property from same bank, and construct second floor. My question is he is eligible to claim interest and principle on both loans and property is let out and he getting rent from house also. please advice.
