I am not clear as what does this phrase from sec 33 mean, I.e: "the amount of tax which shall form part of the price at which such supply is made."

Anyone kindly give clarity on this.

This provision is regarding the requirements of a valid tax Invoice...

You've to mention the amount of tax charged on the supply separately. i.e. You can't show combined figure of say 100rs and write inclusive of all taxes.... You've to mention the amount of GST (i.e. CGST + SGST or IGST) separately in the tax invoice..
Thank you, for the reply.

I understood that, but in addition to specifying, separately the tax amount in the invoice, the provision goes ahead and provides that " Tax shall form part of the price at which such supply is made" I want to understand this line.

kindly help me to get this.
Interpretation is same which I explained earlier..

If you Read the whole sentence, it's like,

every person who is liable to pay tax for such supply shall prominently indicate the amount of tax which shall form part of the price at which such supply is made.

Meaning is same.. you need to prominently indicate... the amount of tax... which forms part of the total price....

Emphasis is on Indicating the amount of tax... that's it...
Ok, I have understood now.
Thank you very much for bearing with me.
