if one premises Two registred Firm and They sale each Other and sale value is more than 50000.00. ï want to know in This case eway bill required or not .

Yes Eway bill is required for the sales if movement of goods by motorized vehicle.
If you are moving goods through motorized vehicle, then vehicle number is must.

As you saying one premises, no movement of goods are involved. In that case no e way bill required.

since yoy are not using motorized vehicle, e way bill not required.

No eway bill required if the movement of goods are sent in non motorized vehicle.

Yes, e-way bill is required to be generated even in case of movement of goods within 10 km. The relaxation updating part B (vehicle details) is given only in cases of movement of goods from the place of business of consignor to the business of transporter for further movement of such goods.

Therefore, in all other cases, e-way bill needs to be generated even if the distance to be covered is less than 10 km. However, if the motorized vehicle is not used for transportation of vehicle, E-way bill is not required.
