My corporation allowed to Regional manager hire rent car from Aug 18 to till date but here no contract made between both party.
Regional manager take only GST Bill in every month but not deducted Tds on payment.
so here how to calculate Interest on Tds...
Calculate interest @ 1% from the date of deduction to be made to the date of actual deduction.
1.5 % from the date of deduction to actual date of payment - if there is delay in payment
