go to www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in, login to website
For salary ITR 1 is to used for filing return

As per my opinion, you have to go for professional. the charge little bit fee. you refund directly send in your bank account by IT department.

Do not take risk if you do not have knowledge of IT Act.
