sir, if any sum of accidental insurance policy received in hands of legal heirs after death of insured person, whether it is taxable in hands of receiver or not...??

Not taxablle in the hands of legal heir.
Any amount (including bonus) received under a life insurance policy will not be taxable in the hands of the recipient i.e the insured or the nominees or legal heirs in case of the death of the insured.
