If articles stipend is a financial instrument,
I would go short on it.

but its high time to increase the limits of minimum stipend!!
it feels ashamed being a final student and getting Rs.1500/- cheque in hand!

final cleared but RS. 1250/- per month :-) sh*t
it's must ......... to increase the stipend.
Presently their is no increase in stipend
