About Share Certificate

No form SH-1 is a format every certificate of share or shares shall be in Form No. SH. 1 or as near thereto as possible and shall specify the name(s) of the person(s) in whose favor the certificate is issued, the shares to which it relates and the amount paid-up thereon. You don't need to file share certificate with MCA , at the time of annual filing , companies are required to file MGT 7, in which shareholders details is mandatory. MGT 7 is the by which MCA got to know about your shareholding pattern.

Can I request for the condonation period for issuing share certificate ... because I got my company incorporated in Nov 2019 itself and skipped the share certificate process.
Now penalties are also high..
is there any way to go out...!!
