as per 23rd GST council meeting,It has been decided that who's GTO<1.5 cr, are required to file gstr1 on qtrly basis,what if who has filled gstr1 for the month of July.
whether he have to file gstr1 up to Sept on monthly basis.

the Notification states consolidated gstr 1 for the month of July to September has to be filed.
hence, the registered person has to file a quarterly return and not monthly
